Pour tous ceux qui souffrent de douleurs ou se remettent de blessures, un équipement de qualité fait toute la différence. L'Hyper est devenu le premier choix de Reggie, Seth et Kevin, chacun ayant constaté que sa polyvalence les aidait à soulager des douleurs persistantes et à acquérir une force durable, le tout depuis leur domicile.

Au début de la cinquantaine, Reggie savait que son dos et ses muscles ischio-jambiers avaient besoins de plus de soutien, même s'il suivait un programme d'entraînement rigoureux. « J'ai commencé à ressentir de petites douleurs dans le haut et le bas du dos », explique-t-il, mais les salles de sport bondées ne lui permettaient pas d'utiliser les machines d'extension. Puis il a découvert le Hyper Pro, qui a changé la donne. « Les différents exercices, en particulier ceux pour le dos » l'ont convaincu. Et la différence? « Depuis que je fais des nordic curls, je n'ai plus de crampes... sans parler des douleurs dorsales qui ont disparu. Mon dos est aussi fort qu'il l'était dans ma vingtaine. »

Pour Reggie, le Hyper Pro est plus qu'un simple équipement.

Pour Seth, un utilisateur de l'Hyper depuis peu de temps, l'Hyper est devenu un outil de prédilection pour travailler sérieusement le bas du dos. « Le fait de pouvoir travailler les extensions dorsales, les reverse hyper et les extensions latérales », en fait un accessoire parfait pour son espace, lui permettant d'aborder différents angles et de vraiment cibler les muscles du bas du dos. « La polyvalence à elle seule m'a convaincu », explique-t-il, et après seulement quelques semaines d'utilisation, trois à quatre fois par semaine, il remarque déjà que son dos est plus fort et plus résistant. « Ce n'est qu'un début, mais les résultats sont là ! »

Kevin B. a intégré l'Hyper à son programme pour soulager ses douleurs dorsales et améliorer la mobilité de sa colonne vertébrale. Après avoir utilisé l'appareil deux fois par semaine pendant huit mois, il a gagné en contrôle et en amplitude de mouvement sur l'ensemble de la colonne vertébrale. « Ma colonne vertébrale et mes hanches me font encore souffrir, mais je me sens tellement plus mobile et plus stable maintenant », confie-t-il. Il s'attaque une fois par semaine aux redressements assis, aux flexions latérales et aux extensions du dos sur toute la largeur de la colonne vertébrale, et ajoute des boucles nordiques le deuxième jour pour renforcer les muscles ischio-jambiers. Grâce à l'amélioration de sa mobilité et au renforcement de son tronc, Kevin trouve un réel soulagement et une grande liberté dans ses mouvements.
