So far, so good! I've only used the upper body kit for rows and face pulls, but it works really well for these. I'm really happy I purchased this because it provides some fairly inexpensive exercise alternatives to existing movements.
Materials are high quality and ergonomic but durable where needed. This will add some extra functionality without adding bulk. Strong enough for long-term use.
Almost perfect. I was able to do curls and triceps extensions and they felt good! My only suggestion is that the handles attach to the straps with with caribiners - that way you could switch the handles out for other types of handles or even bars (anything that would hook onto a cable attachment).
Great addition but we have cables in our gym and therefore won't get used as much. But, the actual Freak Athlete machine, is one of favourites of all time. Looking forward to purchasing the cable attachment for the leg extension. Thanks.
It’s a little rough on the movement, but still a wonderful addition knowing that I just have to adjust my body to get the maximum benefits.
The upper body kit did take quite a while to be delivered however it was worth the wait. The attachment kit has taken my upper body routine to the next level. I love it.
Machine is good, customer service is poor. Still haven’t received leg developer attachment and no answer has been forthcoming. Do better.
It's a very simple piece of gear, but if you're used to adapting movement patterns and positioning to get a good feel for exercises in your home gym, this is a very worthwhile addition. It's not like adding a functional trainer to your gym, but it does add versatility. And I've found that the strap can be used essentially as a TRX system from an overhead anchor point as well.
Not convinced of their usability .i wont be using it as much as the other functions
