Warranty Information

At Freak Athlete, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are built to last. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products, covering the lifetime of the SKU. This warranty is applicable as long as the specific product SKU is actively sold and supported by Freak Athlete.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the product's performance.
  • Structural Integrity: Issues related to the structural durability of the product under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular aging, scratches, or wear from routine use.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, modifications, or neglect.
  • Discontinued SKUs: Once a product SKU is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty for that SKU will no longer be valid as of date of discontining.

How It Works:

  1. Warranty Claims: If you encounter an issue with your product, simply contact our customer service team at  support@freakathlete.co with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
  2. Replacement or Repair: Depending on the availability of the SKU, we will either repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable item.
  3. No Refunds: Please note that warranty claims are eligible for exchanges only; no refunds will be issued. If the product is unavailable due to out of stock but with intent of being restocked, we will replace it with a comparable item or the option to wait.
  4. Discontinued Products: If the product SKU has been discontinued, the warranty will no longer be valid from the date of discontinuation.

Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@freakathlete.co with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will either repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable item, depending on the availability of the SKU.
