How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.

How does shipping work?

  • Our Netherlands based warehouse crew typically ships online orders within 2-3 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. During sale periods, processing times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days. 

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days, depending on the time of year, weather, and geographic location.

  • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends. 

  • For customers in Norway and certain regions of Spain, we may require additional information to ensure smooth processing and delivery through customs.

When can I expect to receive my pre-order?

Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. or APO Boxes orders as many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes.

Do you ship to outside of the EU?

If you are shipping to outside of the EU, please shop at our international stores to take advantage of our local shipping to those areas:

International shipping to other locations is available with customs paid at checkout. There will not be any customs due upon arrival.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that protects your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. If something goes wrong with your delivery, here is how we make it right.

What is covered: packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, and packages stolen after delivery.

To start a claim, email support@freakathlete.co with your order number.

  • Damaged in transit: send photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will replace the affected item.
  • Lost in transit (tracking never shows delivery): we will confirm with the carrier (please allow 7 business days for in-region orders, or 20 for cross-border, from the last tracking update) and reship at no cost.
  • Marked delivered but not received: please allow 5 business days for in-region orders, or 10 for cross-border, and check with everyone in your household, your neighbours, and your building management, as packages are often set aside or delivered to a nearby address. If it still has not turned up, we can send a free replacement once you provide a signed Affidavit of Non-Delivery. For orders of €100 or more, a police report is also required. For orders of €500 or more, the affidavit must also be notarized, which can be done online in a few minutes using a passport or government-issued ID.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Replacement is our standard remedy and replacements are provided as final sale. A refund is issued only where the item is no longer available.
